Sister to Sister...Heart to Heart
At TLC, our Women's Ministry group offers a variety of activities, days and times for ministry to each other - ministry to women - by women. As our needs and resources grow, so will our activities.
It is important that our women's group
- Touches women (evangelism)
- Trains women (discipleship)
- Encourages women (counsels through balanced teaching)
- Offers opportunity (ministry and fellowship with each other)
It's all about changing lives one relationship at a time. How do we do that?
Sister to Sister...Heart to Heart meets the second Monday of every month, and is considered our "Event Evangelism". We generally invite a special speaker for the evening, offer worship, intimate prayer time, with fellowship and goodies at the end. This is a great opportunity for personal growth and community outreach. Bring a friend.
W.O.R.D. (Women on the Road to Damascus)
Seeking a life-changing encounter with God. This is our Bible Study/book discussion time, and is offered the first and thrid Tuesdays of every month.
SERVING GROUPS
We have four active Serving Groups at TLC who are ready to help with meals, cleaning and practical helps when a special need arises in the Body such as a hospitalization, etc. If you would like to belong to one of the groups, please contact Karen Hinchcliff.

Women's Ministries—Unlimited! More than you imagined
Our world is changing rapidly, and so are the needs of women. We as Christians must be relevant to those we want to reach. Women's Ministries—Unlimited! emphasizes the unlimited opportunities open to women for ministry in their local churches and communities. Every woman should be ministered to according to her need, and every born-again woman should be encouraged to find her place of ministry within the body of Christ. More.
